International Shipping

We offer Free Insured & Tracked Shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products. Please note that we cannot speed up international transit or the customs clearance process, so shipping times may occasionally extend beyond the estimates below — this is outside our control.

All orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Times

  • USA & Canada: 7 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10 days
  • Europe: 7 days
  • Rest of the world: 7–12 days

If you have just received a shipment notification, please allow 1–3 working days for the tracking information to update.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

Marked as Delivered

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (for example USPS or Canada Post) to the correct address provided at the time of ordering, but has not arrived, you must contact your local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.

Replacements are issued at our discretion, and in this specific scenario we are unable to issue a refund.

Import Taxes / Refusal of Package

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and:

  • the customer refuses to accept the package, or
  • no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package,

we reserve the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund.

Where Is Our Company Based?

We work with multiple partner fulfilment centres around the world, so your order may ship from whichever centre is closest or best stocked for your region. This is what allows us to offer our products at a much more affordable price, and it is also why items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
